Thursday, April 19, 2012 I've been getting some emails lately from some of our wonderful customers and clients. Most are wanting to know why they can't buy anything from our Etsy shop. The shop is empty, at the moment. I know that it can be frustrating to customers and potential customers to get excited about a product only to find that the product is not easily available. Matter of fact, it's frustrating to me not to have those products available at the moment. We have had to put the Etsy shop in "vacation mode". Not because we are on vacation. Not even close! We are working harder than ever to build up our inventory as a result of having had the best show that we have ever experienced. Last month ReFind Originals products were so popular at the Indiana Artisan Marketplace that we almost sold out all of our inventory! A good problem to have, you may say, but nevertheless a problem. We are working many long hours in order to have enough inventory for our next show, which happens to be only a week away. (You can read all about the next show if you click on Orchard in Bloom on our events calendar). I am also filling wholesale orders, as well as custom bag orders. Something had to go for awhile, so we decided that we would take a little break from selling on Etsy. That doesn't mean you can't place an order with us. In fact, I hope you will! There may be a little wait, but just remember that anything good is worth the wait! Hopefully, as I continue to add more help, and we get past this crunch time, things will begin to smooth out again. This is a challenge, but we are continuing to make each item, one by one in my studio. I will not sacrifice the things that I feel are important in order to do things faster! Our bags are made individually, and great care is taken to make sure that they are well made. When I make a custom bag for you, it's all about you, not the 50 other bags that are needing to be finished up.
Times are exciting around here! We appreciate all of you, our fantastic customers! Below is a picture of one of the bags that I have created especially for Orchard in Bloom. I hope to see you there!
